The Doctor will see you now

I've drawn a lot from my little world but I just realized that I have nothing of the sentinent creatures, even though I draw them like all the time. So here I introduce you to the Doc. He is quite maimed, acid burns and stitchings along with mentally disturbed but he is actually a nice guy. That is, if you stay on his good side. He is psycotic, insane and if not a little syringe and scalpel happy but if you're his friend, he is loyal to the end. Only if you can convince him to be your friend. Oh and even with all that, he's not a half bad doctor either.
